Do you want safer streets, Missoula? Summit Independent Living is proud to be advising the City of Missoula on its Downtown Safety, Access, and Mobility (SAM) Project, and now you can give us feedback!
SAM is aimed at enhancing the safety, accessibility, and mobility of Downtown Missoula in these ways:
• Create safer streets for walking, biking, driving, and public transportation.
• Improve access and circulation for Downtown businesses, workers, residents, and visitors.
• Create an inviting streetscape that showcases Downtown Missoula as a destination.
• Support economic health and investment in downtown.
Stop by the Florence Building’s Governor’s Room (111 N. Higgins Ave.) from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28. See the proposal, meet with some of its planners (including Summit’s advisor!), and tell us what you think!
