New Directions Wellness Clinic (NDWC)
Summit Independent Living and UM Pharmacy Partnership are supporting the Aging & Disability Vaccination Collaborative with grant funding from USAging/ACL. The New Directions Wellness Clinic will kick off a series of vaccine clinics aimed at ensuring people with disabilities and older adults have the information they need and access to important vaccines to help them stay protected from COVID-19 and other communicable diseases such as influenza and RSV.
