State Medicaid Integration Tracker from National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities

The tracking tool, available at:

www.nasuad.org/medicaid_integration_tracker.html

allows people to track ongoing changes to Medicaid, such as those to Long Term Services and Supports and Integrated Care.

In Montana, some ongoing changes include:

1. Creation of the Montana i-home Program

Provides specific services for qualifying youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). Gives the youth the opportunity to receive Medicaid reimbursed services while living in their community

2. Pursuing Community First Choice

Federal spending authority to be used to refinance and enhance Montana’s system of Medicaid-funded in-home personal assistance services
